When and why we ask for your data
When booking an appointment in salon, on the phone, through the website and through social media we will ask for your name, contact number, postal address, email and date of birth. We also keep a record of any allergies and skin sensitivity testing if you have a colour service.
We require a contact number if we need to contact you about an upcoming appointment, we send out text reminders for your appointment which if you would rather not receive you can opt out.
Occasionally we send emails to let you know about any offers and to keep you up to date on what’s happening in the salon. You are free to opt out at any time.
We ask for your date of birth as some services can not be carried out on under 16s. We may also like to send you a special treat on your birthday.
We keep a record of allergies and skin tests as we legally have to do this to follow our manufacturers instructions.
Who will your data be shared with?
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. We may share data with third parties who manage our email communications with you. In this instance they agree to keep all your data private and secure.
